FINALLY restocked!  Our prized supplier, Tanner Goods, comes through yet again with more premium leather goods.  Last time these sold out QUICKLY.  They specialize in many hand made leather goods from wallets to belts, canine collars and card holders to name a few.  Tanner Goods is a must have for everyone.

Our products are only as good as the materials of which they’re made. Sure, we take great pride in the design approach of our process, and the amount of hours we spend in their actual creation, but if the material is mediocre, the end results will be the same. For this reason, we’re fired up to introduce Horween Chromexcel® leather into our stable of materials. Horween is justifiably famous for producing some of the most sought after leather in the marketplace, all of which is tanned in their Chicago factory. A family company since 1905, we’re proud to call them a supplier. Chromexcel® is recognized as having some of the best “pull-up” character, a property derived from Horween’s process of tanning, oiling and waxing over time that gives it distinctive richness of color and incredible aging properties. Supple, durable, and amazing in its luster, we can’t think of a better material to add to our lineup

BH x Shop412 / Round 4

Life and decisions are not easy, especially when it comes to the struggle of deciding to change another Brian Holderman mural.  With the common mentality of our staff and customers alike which is, "continuously improving", this project is exactly that.  We love everything the local Holderman touches, it seems that it all turns to gold.
Unlike our previous projects, we thought a bit deeper when deciding upon this concept.  This time we decided to do hanging art pieces, the main reason was because we didn't want to put ourselves through the self inflicted misery of painting over another Holderman classic.  We brainstormed with Brian and really wanted to touch on the simplicity of old Americana.  A time when things were built to last, when the quality behind something meant your reputation in society, when you looked someone in the eye and a firm handshake meant everything.  All too often in the world today the most simplistic, perfect things are overlooked.  Back when 8 year olds didn't have an Iphone, when the only way to display signage for your hardware store was to paint on the side of your Victorian building, "WE SELL GOOD HARDWARE."  Simple and to the point, when you knew that it was someones craft and they stood behind their work or they wouldn't be in business.
This project stands for everything above and much more.  We feature many brands that are made in America, using techniques of the past handed down from generation to generation such as leather goods from Tanner Goods / Portland, OR and Red Wing boots from Red Wing, MN.  We hope you stop by and take a look at Brian's work, he is one of Pittsburgh's brightest artists.  Also a video done by Quanti Studios documents our last mural project "Niro The Destructor", to see the before and after progress.

Nike Air Max 1 / Legacy Red

Nike brings in the warm spring weather with a few releases of the iconic Air Max 1.  We would like to unveil "Legacy Red" which goes back to the safari print that was introduced nearly 25 years ago, although this is much more subtle than the original.  Be sure to come in and take a look at these soon!

"Another clean look for the Air Max 1 releasing this spring is this all new colorway that's already been hit with the "Legacy Red" nickname.  Creating their clean look for the spring, this all new Air Max 1 is constructed with a tradtional combination of mesh, suede and leather. Legacy red handles most of the suede areas throughout the upper, while white handles the mesh toe, Swoosh, tongue and midsole down below. Orange hits the textured underlays, while legacy red makes one last appearance on the outsole below.  This all new colorway of the Air Max 1 is now available for purchase via select NSW retailers." -Sole Collector

Nike Air Max 1 / Black & White

Nike is continuing the unveiling one of the most classic shoes in its arsenal, the air max 1.  "Nike Sportswear will treat fans of their classic runners to a great look this spring, releasing this tradtional build of the Air Max '87.  The all new Air Max 1 features a traditional build, constructed of mesh, suede and textured leather. Black handles the mudguard, toe and heel panel, while white fills in the mesh toebox, tongue, leather Swoosh and midsole sitting down below. Grey handles the textured leather underlays, while black and white complete the look on the outsole down below.  This all new colorway of the Air Max 1 is now available at select Nike Sportswear retailers nationwide."  -Sole Collector

New Sebago Spinnaker Mariner Release

Hard to follow the clean design of the RF x Sebago's, however these still hold a place close to our heart as far as the ultimate spring shoe is concerned.  The Dockside and the Spinnaker are essentially the same thing, the one major difference is that the Spinnaker has more areas of color as you'll notice the standard dockside is usually monotone.  The Dockside was the shoe that started it all for Sebago and the Spinnaker is just a minor tweak of that.  These are available in store now!

Sebago By Ronnie Fieg

Ronnie Fieg continues to work with Sebago for Spring/Summer 2012. This week the first part of the new Spring/Summer 2012 Collection is releasing. The iconic Docksides, the classic boat shoe by the brand, gets an nice color and material make-over by the New York designer. Two colorways launched today, each going for 100 USD and now available from KITH NYC and Shop412.  These came out amazing and are just a taste of what is to come for future seasons.  We released 16 per color for part 1.  Follow Ronnie on twitter to see his views on his creations and news on future releases - @Ronniefieg

New Nike Releases/ Roshe Run & Huarache Free Run

We just released these Roshe Run's minutes ago and they should not be overlooked.  We already slapped a few pairs on our feet to give them the proper test and we're encouraging ALL customers to put these beauties on their feet.  The comfort, style, and clean aesthetic all make for a must have...wait we forgot to tell you the price, $70.  That's right, we couldn't believe our eyes!
"Nike may have released the consummate spring/summer sneaker with their new model, the Roshe Run. Minimalism at its finest, the Roshe (pronounced “Row-shh”) matches supreme ventilation with proper support and cushioning using a full mesh upper and Lunarlon midsole. Priced only $70 and with a slew of colorways to come, the model will probably show up in multiples in the closets of sneaker freaks across the map.  Several colors are currently available at select Nike retailers."

Secondly the Huarache Free Run is a hybrid OG Nike (the rear NIKE screams 1991) meshed with a new Nike Free sole.  Even if the Huarache Free Run isn’t exactly what Nike Retro fans were expecting, the Retro ‘hybrid’ has been a huge hit thus far. Like the original, the Huarache Free Run is insanely comfortable and lightweight, making for easy walk-arounds and running sessions while owning the satisfaction of wearing some pretty sexy kicks. The White/Soar/Cyber colorway has been on the Sneaker News radar for some time as it captures that near-original colorway with ease, we suggest you head into April correctly by throwing these into your immediate rotation.
